You are right on the money, Ryan! Many might scoff, but meditation does work. If the name bothers you, just call it "brain time" or something else that represents clear thinking. When you can clear your mind, thoughts that have been suppressed float in. These include new brainstorms, ideas you have had but forgot, things you meant to do but never got around to, etc.
