Kirsten Reilly		Hi Everyone, Thought I'd open up a discussion around creating passive income through rental properties. Does anyone have any favorite new locations, or locations that you believe are going to continue to appreciate quickly and rent well? I'll start off the brainstorm: The Phoenix, AZ area is booming. Good areas for rentals seem to be in Chandler and Gilbert, both of which have great schools and easy access to Phoenix for commuters. A new area that I'm toying with is the Baseline Corridor of Phoenix (just north of South Mountain). They seem to be throwing a lot of money at it and developers are starting to flood in to this previously less popular area. Ok, who's next?
