Jennifer Joye		I'm all game- I's a RE amateur and want to learn more. This sounds like a great opportunity to me. One issue is trust. We could avoid the problem of having so many investors by leaving it in the hands of a few, but what about trust and gaurantee? Not being skeptical here-just discerning.
