Hi, Stephanie.
That is a great and thought-provoking idea indeed. Believe it or not, a couple days ago, my list was the exact same as yours (yes, I did do the dishes ..... 3 times in fact), except I replaced "Did 30 minutes of exercise" with "ran frantically chasing down balls hit to center field".
Thanks for bringing up this subject, Steph, as it is definitely a self-confidence booster for those who sometimes say at the end of the day, "Geez, I feel like I haven't accomplished anything today."
