3. Motivation

Networking leads to building synergetic teams. Knowledge leads to proper implementation of the strategies to attain wealth. And Motivation keeps us going through the setbacks to achieving our goals.

If we can all share our expertise/experience in any one of these areas, we will retire sooner and happier.
